How can I rank Telegram channels in the search results?

This is what I'm planning:

1. Adding 100-500 (Random) geo targeted non-drop members daily.
2. Posting relevant content in the channel and adding 50-100 (Random) reactions.

@SalvadorDale in TG the channels get ranked by the keyword the user is using to find. There is no post ranks at least not now by TG, probably there exists a post ranking but it's done by a third party.
