Okay, being a newbie to scrapebox, I was a little confused about how this method works, so for dummies like me reading this thread, here's how this thing operates (and any of you advanced guys, correct me if I'm wrong).
1. Download the lists of sites provided in this thread.
2. Open Scrapebox.
3. Open the Rapid Indexer addon in Scrapebox. (If you don't have this, go to the "Addon" menu in the top menu bar and click "Show Available Addons" You can download it there for free)
4. In the Scapebox Rapid Indexer, click the "Load Indexer Services" button and load the list of websites you got from this thread.
5. Click the "Load Your Websites" button and load a text file of whatever website you want to get the backlinks. It should be a text file with a link format like "yoursite.com" (no quotation marks, just showing an example of the URL format to use.)
6. Once the sites are loaded in the rapid indexer, click the Start button.
7. The indexer will then go down the list of sites you loaded and dynamically insert your website into the URL. This will put a link to your website on that page so when it is pinged, a link to your website is crawled.
Using this method, you will quickly build a large number of backlinks to your website. However, these links have no anchor text to them, they are strictly backlinks. If your domain name has your keywords in it, that may count towards your site's ranking for those keywords, but other than that, this is just a fast and easy way to beef up your backlink count.
If you're doing this for a new site, break up the list provided by the OP of this thread into smaller chunks and spread it out over time. If you have an aged domain, you can probably get away with doing all these at once.
Be sure to set up 404 Redirects on your site so that when pages that don't exist on your site are pinged, they are redirected to your root domain name. There are lots of addresses on this list that add stuff to the end of your domain name that will point to sites that don't exist, so you want to be sure to re-direct so you get credit for the link still.
