How are people getting comments on their facebook ads?

I'm familiar with services where you pay to have custom comments made on your facebook ad, but all of the ones I've used are just Indian usernames and after a while the profile pictures disappear.

I occasionally see ads where there are Western profiles, making legit looking comments with pictures, but I'm certain they are not real people (profiles are empty, multiple comments with similar wording). How do you go about pulling this off?

Buy mass amount of accounts and proxy, manually login and leave comments. Guaranted they won't disappear.

Yes. I still have around 30 FB accounts available to leave comments and likes whenever needed. I just login once a month or whenever I need to comment somewhere. Each one with his own proxy.
