It might be only for the mean time, with the popularity of ai contents, I'm most certain Google is cooking up something, if an ordinary site could detect ai contents so accurate, Google detection would definitely be lot more better.

Try writing the content by yourself. For example, when I write, the tool shows 80% AI content. It's totally unpredictable.

The writers you hire are also rewriting existing content

Google say the "bots" to writing articles are much better instead of years ago, so they told in news they can detect that but it is "a bit" harder to detect it. But iam sure, they cant if you use a good AI writer :D I have some websites/onlineshops with money-keywords in top3 ranked, all articles and productpages with AI content because they do better SEO as humans :D

True but, ai write in a certain pattern, which means another tool can be created to detect these contents, the tools we have now might not be good enough but it'll be better some days.
Take for example, Adobe created photoshop, they also created a tool to detect photoshoped images.
I also heard OpenAI is planning to add a kind of a signature to contents created with openAI, I don't know how it'll work, but what you should know is ai content detector can be created

if my 24 year old cousin who´s a writer can detect whether the content was written by an AI tool or by a human, I strongly believe a giant tech company la Google can as well.

The issue here is NOT whether the content was written by an AI tool or not but the quality of the output, how factual it is, how unique, and how well it serves the search intent of the user.

Not going to judge this, but there are two types, as always:
When you're hungry, and the others found food
1. good guy, share it too you
2. the others hid it and said they were hungry too

Probably today it will be able to detect it, in the next versions of AI it will be more and more complicated

There are tools out there that can detect Ai, but none are conclusive.

There are also threads on how such websites got punished. Using AI content as it is can be harmful. You need to edit it with manual touch for best results.

The gap is getting low, and it will continue. In the future, it will be more challenging to detect AI content. I wonder how Google will tackle this issue, as AI might put them out of business if they don't do something about it.

Indeed! I believe if Google doesn´t do something fast it might face serious issues moving forward. This is why I am anxious to see what chatGPT does moving forward regarding pricing their tool because if it continues to grow in popularity and becomes available to the masses more and more people will have less incentive to use Google.

Google is constantly updating its algorithms and improving its ability to detect and filter out low-quality or spammy content, including content that is generated by artificial intelligence (AI). Google's algorithms are designed to identify and prioritize high-quality, relevant content in search results, and AI-generated content may not always meet these standards.

However, it's important to note that AI-generated content can sometimes be difficult for humans to distinguish from content that is written by a person. As AI technology continues to advance, it's possible that AI-generated content may become more sophisticated and harder to detect.

Overall, it's important to focus on creating high-quality, relevant content that provides value to your audience, regardless of whether it is generated by AI or written by a person. This will help ensure that your content is more likely to be favored by Google's algorithms and rank well in search results.

I have detected 2AI-generated content, about 5mins ago here on BTW.

How do I know?

To be honest, I don't know. Once I read the first 3lines my brain tells me asap that this is unnatural.

P.S If you have AI-generated content on your blog, Google wont approve you website for a sense..FACTS

Here we go again, an ai content, it's quite easy to identify one

Yes, Google can detect AI-generated content. Google uses advanced algorithms to understand and evaluate the content of a webpage in order to determine its relevance and quality. These algorithms are designed to recognize and understand natural language, so they can identify whether the content on a webpage is written by a human or generated by an AI.
There are a few different ways that Google might detect AI-generated content:
  1. Keyword stuffing: AI-generated content often uses repetitive keywords in an attempt to improve its search ranking. This can be detected by Google's algorithms and may result in the content being flagged as spam or low-quality.
  2. Lack of human touch: AI-generated content may lack the natural flow and style of human-written content, which can be detected by Google's algorithms.
  3. Lack of context: AI-generated content may not always provide the necessary context or background information to fully understand the content, which can be detected by Google's algorithms.
Overall, while AI-generated content may be able to pass some basic tests of quality and relevance, it is not likely to fool Google's algorithms for long. If you are publishing AI-generated content, it is important to make sure it is of high quality and provides value to readers.
