Best Proxy VPN After 911? Any Recommendation?

I have used 911 Residential Proxy VPN and enjoyed their services from customer support to their prices been pocket friendly and their clean proxies. But however, shit happened and they had to stop operating; so there's need for alternative now.
I will appreciate it if anyone of you could recommend a better one or at least the one that can give back the value of what they charge.

i used 911 for a long time, maybe last 2 years or so, i tired few maybe more than 5 different proxies providers but still i m not satisfied with these

At the moment I use 4G ones, they are much better then static ones. I tried few ones but decided to stay on proxy-seller, their 4G ones are pretty good and much more countries available then on other services, so I switch them from time to time
