Actually, here is how it works:
- A guy recruits a girl and convince them to join an OF agency to grow her account and make a lot of money
- Once she agreed, he put the onboarding process on stand by and try to sell the contract on these marketplaces
- If someone buy the model, then he will transfer the girl to the buyer and the girl will make a contract with his agency
-Then the buyer can start his OF process: grow the account, bring traffic etc...

Buying model is EV+ if you find a gem and buy it quickly. It can be a solution if you have traffic and want to speed up the OF agency process.

This is not like you see in the movies, to "convince" someone is not enough, you need a valid contract and give her a fixed amount of money (+bonuses) because it is not her fault if you don't do your job properly and she didn't earn the money, she still needs to be paid.
