More clicks in GSC than visitors from Google in Analytics

Weird things started happening last week: traffic went down, but according to GSC I get more clicks (~100 more) than I get visitors from Google in Analytics (and usually it is vice versa). What can be the reason for it?

Could be a couple things I guess. Does your website load fast? If it is on the slower side, people could be clicking your link but abandoning before it loads if it's too slow.

Could also get multiple clicks from the same person if their browser never closed. Could click your link then a competitor then back to yours if they like it, which is more clicks but less visitors.

I would say don't think to deeply on it and just make sure you're doing all the things to make user experience good and G happy.

Before everything was fine. It all started a week ago.

I also thought about the site speed, but hoster has ensured me everything runs as usual. So idk what that could be.

Run a few of your pages through pagespeedinsights and you can double check for yourself just in case. But if your site is running smoothly then it could just be the same visitors clicking on you multiple times. I'm sure someone with a bit more experience will chime in but those were my first thoughts.

i think its normal
you can put analytics, metrica, piwik, clicky, awstats, every click tracker on your server
each one will have different number
could be traffic's browser addon adblock will block one tracker but not another. or just plain inaccuracy.

awstats is most accurate as it goes by your server logs rather than a script inside your html that depends on your users browser to execute and not block.
it's included in your cpanel in most cases. or whatever panel you're using.

You didn't change anything on the site?
You may have had some of the GA code fall off. I had a case where because of a programmer error, the data were read only from one page, but in the GSC all was normal, because there was a code embedded everywhere

I know data differs in GSC and GA, but before on GSC showed less clicks than GA (difference was ~50 visitors). And week ago this trend was reversed, now GA shows less visitors from google than GSG (difference ~100 visitors). Something has changed and I'm trying to figure out what. I haven't made any changes personally.

Hmm, will check this. But I run wp, so its all about GA code in header.

3,1 seconds, not cool. But other tools show 1,5 seconds.

But I also think this has something to do with the hosting. Gonna move the site to another one soon.
