Having Indexing issues with 1 year old website

Hi, I got a few questions for you guys.
Recently I've decided to re-construct some of my ununsed domain that I purchased about 10 - 12 months ago. Most of them have some mid quality posts, zero backlink, and about a thoundsand of products with duplicated content (I used to do FB ads and google ads with them).
I left them sit for about 6 months then comeback again, about 700 of those products are indexed by google. So I decided to create a new sitemap with Rankmath ( my old sitemap is from yoast) and submit it to GSC. Suddenly most of my URL are getting deindexed, and after about 3 weeks, new links are still at the status "crawled - currently not indexed". Is this normal? Also, most of the old URLs have the same content, do I need to remove them from my sitemap?
I'm planning to invest some fund into links and content, should I start with a fresh registered domain, or should I keep going with the website I've mentioned above?

Thanks, can you recommend some good indexing services for me? Also, should I try indexing tool or buy service on BHW? Which one is better?

I guess I'll try submit them one by one, but when I paste my URL into google.com, it show my page, but it status on seach console is still not indexed?

This year, Google has released back-to-back algorithm updates. So, maybe your site gets penalized by them only. I have also experienced this. My articles get deindexed after the "SPAM" update in October. It terribly hits my article, but in the last November period, my articles were getting indexed. So, I think, you check your content, its plag, and many other things. It will get indexed after you place the URL to get crawled in GSC. In my case, free indexing tools were useless. So, in my opinion, Indexing services are not so useful.

Yesterday I have removed all the URL that I suspect is duplicate content on GSC, let's see how this work.

Stay tuned for algorithm updates. It may not be noticed well, well google is tightening the requirements for page indexing.

Check the connection of these pages to the main page. Is it possible to get to this page in 2-3 clicks from the main page. Buy some links, set the external authority of the domain with this. Check the uniqueness of the text on the pages.

In short - prove to Google that you are worth indexing, prove that you have value.
