Fight Fake DMCA Takedowns

Hello!

I'm in the SMM niche and a competitor has sent multiple DMCA complaints to Google. That resulted in the removal of those pages. Google completely purged all keywords the page ranked for.

Does anybody know how to properly fight that? How can I report that?

The competitor created a website and used my content on his website and is now telling Google that I stole his content. He used fake names.

Doesn't do much but in such cases, you will have a better chance just shaking it off.

That's assuming OP can figure out who the guy(s) is(are) in the first place

SMM is highly lucrative and it can be rough out there in them digital streets when you come across someone who will disregard normal boundaries

Who is the market for SMM? Any SERIOUS business/person looking to get a social media empire going quickly.
What do SMM firms ACTUALLY SELL? Not actual users (LOL) or even real clout. NO... the real benefit is SOCIAL PROOF
When people see your vids already had 5000 views, they are more likely to click the play button. Same goes with following you on Instagram etc No one wants to follow an account with few followers or click on vids with no views

Are you sure he is using a new website ? because it's not possible ?
