Buying a Pakistani account from Canada

Hi fellow blackhaters,
I'm currently venturing in this cash cow youtube thing and I really don't have time to grow a channel to the monetization requirements. So I went to accs-market and realized that most of them are from 3rd world countries! Can this affect my RPM if I were to buy one? I'm in Canada so North American viewers are linked to better RPM. Can a Pakistani, Indian.. channel have a normal US/CAN/UK RPM if my views are also from these developped countries?

I'm not 100% how this works but I would assume your content would be shown to people in Asia rather than America, you can reach people out of the Asia but I think YouTube will focus on people in Asia which I don't think is what you want.
Take a look at some other websites selling accounts or create a Want To Buy thread.

This will not work well. If you buy from that country, it is grown for that country audience. It will hard to get Canada traffic on these videos.

Yes, you can still get Canadian views on them but for that you need to use your Canadian IP address and use the device in Canada. If you're physically in Canada, then it is possible to do so on Pakistani and Indian accounts.

If using a mobile device does the device need to be from Canada? Can I just have a mobile proxy and then set to Canada? If your targeting Canadian traffic…

You should pay higher price and buy the channel with views from same country you want to target.
