Phone number service for ubereats?

Alright recently I've been doing ubereats orders,

on every new order I change the following "IP mostly use Residential proxies, browser user agent, New Card, New phone number used from 5sim"
but on the order while trying to order it stops and telling me to unselect the promo.

Is it the phone number that they detect if so, what phone number service the best to use for ubereats?

If its the same device, forget it, the device also has an ID.

I use a paid app to change everything including device, it used to always work but i don't know what happened recently.
