Hey guys, I've been having a lot of issues with Google ever since I started with the platform. No matter what, I wasn't able to get an ad account approved and running even though I'm using legit credit cards from my LLC to run a completely white hat and legitimate business using my business billing address.

After doing my research and learning more about how the systems work, I concluded that it was my fault because I'm not US based and I opened these new accounts to advertise my US business from my home country address/same browsers.

Knowing this, now I know that I should create the account with a strong profile in the country where I plan to advertise (US) with a completely new browser fingerprint and IP address to avoid issues.

The issue I'm facing is that I'm 95% sure that my business name and the credit cards of my Mercury account from my business are flagged by Google (and hence, the billing address potentially...)

In this scenario, how should I go about getting a new Payment method/credit card to advertise with a US Google ads account long-term without running into problems with them? I still can't figure it out. Can I use a normal Wise account and use the USD account they provide to pay for the ads? Are there any other alternatives or services for this?

I also know that the account creation method is important and how you setup the campaign and play with the budget. But again, I don't want churn & burn accounts, I want 2 - 3 accounts to work long-term with them.

as long as i know if you run legit business and your campaign is completely white, you don't need to fake your informations

google ads never limiting where your ads will appear thats why there is targeted countries option when you make a campaign

so in my opinions you can just use your real informations if you are sure that you running white campaign for your ads because i never get trouble when running white campaigns

Hey boiler, I didn't fake any information because I always provided them with the real info and billing of my LLC. Campaigns are completely white.

I recently discovered that the main issue why my accounts were suspended is because of my payment method (I use mercury bank). Apparently, Google does not accept mercury as a valid payment option... I'd never thought about it because they provide a real physical debit card with the business address info so I thought this was right.

What payment method would you say is the best to advertise my company outside the US in this case?

Use age Gmail in the location you interest to register on and attach your credit card for approval. It will help the account stay longer.

Thanks for your response Effeiuc. Well, I'd like to have the account forever as I want to advertise my business long-term and I don't pretend to scam Google. I just want them to accept my payments like normal haha.

The issue apparently is that I was using mercury as a bank account and Google does not accept payments from them... What credit cards do you use for Google?

use your real card or your company card and if you really own a company, legal one, there is lots of service out there that can provide you with vcc issue by paying them monthly fee even citibank or amex providing vcc for US residents (if i'm not wrong)

The problem is that I'm not a US resident and Google does not accept vcc or the Physical card from my Mercury account. My real card is from my home country so I wouldn't be able to use that for a US Google ads account.

i had told you in my previous post, why you need to use US google ads account ?
it's doesnt matter where your google ads account came from because you can targeting visitors from specific country when you make a campaign

Because I want to use Shopping ads also. The google merchant center is very strict and after multiple tests and from other people's experience, all the information between your GMC, store address and business address must match, or else you'll get hit with misrepresentation.

I know that you can target whatever country you want with a Google ads account. I've been doing this with my normal Google ads account for my online store with search ads and everytime I link my GMC to the google ads account, both accounts get suspended.

Honestly, the worst suspension on google ads is the circumventing system. Thats the only one u should worry about. Other than that, any other suspension can be appealed with very high success rate. This is my experience.

To answer your question, no it doesnt matter where ur from, i have accounts from outside US and im getting US clicks all the time, without ban. Its how u registered account and the payment methods and all. Honestly bro, if u dont want all this headache just buy an account. There are some good sellers here. I buy accs too because i dont want to dealwith all these headaches and focus on my biz only.

just like @davidausten post explain, you can buy account or using google ads premium partner

seems like you have never worked with a google merchant center account before

I can see how people that don't run Shopping campaigns don't understand the constant headache.

Sure, you can have a Google ads account and run ads targeting whatever country you want. I had my old Google ads account from my home country running fine for more than 1 year and the moment I linked a GMC from another country, both accounts went down.

I've tested this twice already, and both times the 2 accounts got suspended. I was only able to recover the Google ads account after appealing, not the merchant centers, unfortunately (and the last time was the hardest, I was able to recover it after unlinking the GMC and appealing 3 times)

This makes me think that the infomation/billing address and business address between the GMC and Google Ads account have to match now, that's why I need a G.Ads. from the US and I also have to manage to get the same address that the GMC/Store address is using...

Is your GMC new? Has it ever been suspended for misrepresentation before linking to the Ads account?

The GMC was new and was approved initially and running shopping for a while before it got suspended.

Then, after the suspension, I managed to get another one with the products approved and after linking to the ad account both got suspended again...

Are you running Shopping ads? If so, have you been able to avoid suspensions?

@YoungB11 Do you have any update on this situation. I am in a very similar situation to you. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Use a US-based payment method like Wise or Payoneer and set up a new Google Ads account with a clean US address and fresh browser/IP to stay safe.

Try using a US-based virtual card like Wise or Payoneer, and set up the account with a fresh IP and browser to avoid issues. Just make sure everything matches your business info and take it slow to avoid getting flagged.

To address your challenges with Google Ads account approval and payment methods, consider the following steps for a long-term solution:

  1. Create a New Profile with Proper Setup: Ensure your new account is created with a strong US-based profile. Use a reliable VPN or residential IP to match the US location. Avoid reusing browser fingerprints or devices linked to previously flagged accounts. Use a dedicated browser or profile to separate activity.
  2. Address Payment Method Concerns: If your current Mercury account and credit cards are flagged, opt for alternative payment solutions. Wise (formerly TransferWise) can be a viable option. Their USD accounts are widely accepted for online transactions. However, verify with Wise customer support if Google Ads payments are supported in your case. Another option is using virtual credit card services like Payoneer or Stripe-issued cards.
  3. Align with Best Practices: When setting up campaigns, start with modest budgets and gradually increase them. Maintain consistent and professional account behavior to avoid triggering Google’s automated systems.
  4. Seek Professional Support: If issues persist, consult a Google Ads expert or agency experienced in handling international accounts and compliance.
By following these steps and using an alternative payment method like Wise or other virtual card services, you can establish reliable, long-term Google Ads accounts for your US-based business.

you can try using a US-based virtual card from services like Wise or Payoneer, just make sure to set up everything with a US address, and avoid reusing flagged details.
