Hi,
1 - can i used created accounts again in new compain? and how i can do that?
or it must create new accounts to every compain

2 - why RankerX support not reply my emails?

3 - do you mean Teir 1 = backlink to money site?

4 - what is useful from back link if it not indexed?

5 - when i create compain can i selecte some site from type i choose it?
for example i choose seo expert can i selecte some sites not all sites in wiki 1

Your going to have to play with it, make some campaigns, review the backlinks, see how everything turns out, and do some more research. I probably wouldn't recommend seo expert as your primary campaign as it'll have a lot of spam/excessive backlinks for a tier 1. Do you have all the proper additional software needed with it? High end article scraper, high end article spinner, xevil with high quality residential proxies? If you haven't made those investments your doomed to fail. It can get very expensive and time consuming to do it right.

Tier 2 will alway create a new account and use a new email. Also indexing not required and is advised against for backlinks. They will still get crawled. Indexing backlinks isnt a thing anymore.
