[HELP] Disavowing Sites & Links

So, some MF built 300+ shitty backlinks to one of my new websites.
All are dead links even the sites are not online.

For the worst all links are from 3 domains.

I submitted a domain link disavow req to GSC.

Do I need to submit a 'link disavow' file as well?

Or disavowing domains will remove those links as well?

Domains are enough.

If the domains are not online, they won't do any harm anyway.

"All are dead links even the sites are not online." - why disavow links which don't even exist?
Even if you disavow those links people will still see those links till ahrefs/semrush re-crawl those dead sites.

Won't it make any negative seo impact on my site.
I wonder why people just build those links. Anyway all links are related to my niche. But those links target local keywords.

Hopefully it should have been removed by now!
The domain would be enough and it won't require to update every link. Also, some people do negative SEO as well whereas, there are other automated tools too crack this sort of links!
Are you using any CMS?

Upload the domain in the disavow file to GSC. No one really knows how this works but Google once said it can take a few weeks to take effect. I'd argue though that Google is smart enough to see spammy links esp. from crap domains that only do this and won't give you any penalty for that.
