Why do they target my listing....?

Hey guys!! I just started selling on eBay recently (though my account is over a decade old) thankfully already sold a couple items, and now - I decided to target selling BPC-157 peptide, and I chose that one because there are multiple sellers selling it, and since my wholesale price from my vendor was profit-worthy, I jumped into this. (my newbie intro post mentions I am into nootropics and supplements and stuff - and now have wanted to get into selling them, and not just taking them, especially since I got a couple good sources).

The first time I made my listing, it was removed an hour later. I thought it's because I have global shipping on and not doing only domestic here in USA. So second time I made sure only domestic shipping available - still same result. Removed because of the "illegal pharmaceutical not even FDA approved" crap (I have the actual message saved still). I reached out on live chat and asked why my listing is taken down and others get to stay up. The rep said because they don't have time and sources to always find everyone but to be mindful that peptides have been blacklisted since January of this year and not to try listing them anymore, not allowed.

Does anyone REALLY understand why others are allowed to have their listing up and selling and mine is an issue? Would love to know. Thank you!!

well from what i just read i think they already gave you the reason they said they dont have the time and sources to find everyone and that selling peptides is illegal to sell on their platform. prolly not the answer u want to hear but not really sure what other answer u want to hear.

I understand - but it's weird how those listings have been up and running for QUITE a while - and yet not "found" .... that's just strange to me is all. But I suppose you're possibly right.... either way I can't do anything I'm sure. Thank you for your input.

When there ready there find others and ban them aswell.

On eBay then take ebay to court
Only way.

Why not just do something else to make money instead trying to get a huge company accept your illegal crap sorry but true .

When you buy eBay and can change laws on selling products seen as illegal then you can do so.
