As per an article titled "https://blog.twitter.com/en_us/topics/product/2022/twitter-blue-update", dated 12 December 2022 on the official Twitter blog, "Subscribing to Twitter Blue is now available in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom" and "Starting today, we’re re-enabling Twitter Blue sign ups on iOS and web".
Interestingly, it also mentions : "Twitter Blue is $8/month on web, and $11/month for those who sign up on iOS. Subscribers who sign up on one platform will have Twitter Blue access on all supported platforms (iOS, Android, and web)".
So, this means that if an eligible person signs up on the web, for Twitter Blue, then it is $8/month and he or she can still have Twitter Blue access on iOS & Android.
Ofcourse, Twitter also has certain conditions for subscribing for Twitter Blue.
However, Twitter did previously (after Elon Musk took over), announced Twitter Blue subscriptions and then stopped that after a few days, due to the impersonation "chaos" caused by scammers.
By now the world is quite matured enough to realize the fact that NOWADAYS, scammers are quite nasty and these nasty scammers keep on "upping their game(s)". Therefore, there is a legit feeling in the air, that even the newly launched Twitter Blue, would quite obviously (unfortunately) be prone (once again) to being exploited by nasty scammers.
