That is pretty good. Better than a lot of my sites. But does this site have a blog or is it all product pages and categories?
Plugins like RankMath suggest doing things to improve CTR like numbers in title tags, weird numbers like "13 best"... instead of "10 best"... Exact numbers for quantifiable things.
And to write meta descriptions that are the correct length and then leave a "cliff-hanger" or something that entices people to click.
I often use "free download" "complete list" or something like that.

Your CTR is good and Think that your are using good keyword. You can use paid search campaign to improve CTR
