I think so, I have never checked with a plagiarism tool but I guess they are. So far, never had any issue.
French and Marketing, as these are (supposed to be) my strengths. But with ChatGPT, I could probably have gone with others such as maths and finance.

Yes, for all the questions actually. The only problem is that marketing questions don't pay much and are a bit long to answer with ChatGPT, and I'm not 100% sure the tool answers it correctly. I received some "Unhelpful" rating from the students.
Now I mostly focus on French questions as they are easy and fast to answer for ChatGPT (usually takes 2-3 minutes per question)
From Germany, but I used Brave, and I am pretty sure a VPN is included with this web browser.
Guys try it out if your country is not eligible.

This method definitely works but it also has its downsides, I applied in Oct and have almost earned more than 300 USD (I wasnt consistent at all). The following are some things to consider from my experience:
1. The student is always right even when the student is wrong -- I answered a question ( containing 10 smaller parts) worth $10 USD, I think this was part of a students test, so naturally answering that many questions even with the use of chegg took time ( less than 1 hour thou) and once I submitted the answers, the student wanted to cancel the question as his time had run out. The student gave me an Unhelpful review and I never got the $10. This shit happened a few times and I lost more than $50 on this. The customer support is shit,
2. Payments are pretty easy to access, after the 14 days you can instantly withdraw to paypal, I suggest you withdraw as soon as you hit the $20 mark.
3. Again the customer support is useless.
4. I got about 4 to 5 warnings before I got a violation. The violation for a answering the questions incorrectly, but the answer was correct.
I can still answer. Lets see how long can I last on this. I do not spam and answer 20 questions a day, just 5 - 8 a day is enough for me.
5. If possible dont use the comments, they only get you warnings.
6. Also they are not accepting new members I think.

Happy for you that you are earning
again, as i told, don't spam and just take 30-35$ a day easily. this will not get you banned and the account will last longer. You are doing the right tthing.

Do they? I don't think they ask for this. You can submit any id card be it an identity card or driving license. But yeah, they'll ask it for education degrees. You need to submit your education proof or degree.

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy the documents to get accepted? (proof of education, ID card, university email address...)

I think you can fudge the documents. Let's say you used your college degree, just edit it with marks, name, and other things. Now, you can ask your brother/friend/dad to provide his ID card and just do the face verification shit.
I think this should work as they don't manually check college documents. Just keep the college documents relevant to the subject you will be tutoring for.
