Can I run Google ads on a website whose domain includes a brand name?

For example let's say I have a website like 'Instagramfollowers.com' or 'Facebooklikes.com'

Will I face any technical/legal issue trying to promote my service on Google ads?

If the websites are selling or promoting or indicating anything to do with smm promotional activity, then yes, nowadays you will face account (suspensions) in Google Ads, UNLESS you know how to run such niches which as per Google Ads policies, are not allowed or highly restricted to be run.
Nonetheless, yes, ofcourse, you will always see ads promoting smm services in Google Ads, because such advertisers know how to run such niches.
So, what is the method or strategy you intend to use in order to run your ads in Google Ads (for your mentioned websites) ?

Yes this is a SMM panel. In this case I will make another website which does not include the brand name. Is running SMM panel on google ads against their policy ? I see some competitors running ads on Google though , is there any trick to run ads for SMMs safely ?

SMM niche is blacklisted from google's point of view

All these, I have already replied in this thread. Read it again and if comprehension of it is an issue (which it quite obviously is), then all I can say is hire a freelancer (translator).
