Yes, you can sell, but under these conditions:
1. Be here for over 60 days
2. Have 100 or more quality posts
3. Upgrade to Jr. VIP membership for $147
Then, you can submit your sales thread for approval, and publish it for $30/year.

You have to be a JR.vip or marketplace seller to be able to sell on the forum.
Somewhere i saw you can sell stuff after posting 15 threads. Am I wrong?

Technically you can sell here as soon as you sign up, but this will cost you $749/year for a marketplace seller account instead of $147 for becoming a Jr. VIP.
I never heard about 15 threads being a qualification for any type of membership.

You can sell after one post if you are a Premium Member and are replying to WTB

It is considered selling, but if you are a premium members, this is the type of selling you are allowed to do, as it was not initiated by you, but by the one opened the WTB thread.
