how can I get my hard drive to work

hey guys I really need your help ,my hard disk stop working all of the sudden and I have a lot of stuff on it
whenever I plug it to my pc it doesn't read at all, I dont know if anyone have an idea about software to make it work or any other thing i can do

If drive wont work on other pc then:

Hardware problem prolly, most common problem on these is mobo, if you have multimeter you can check resistors that are marked with 0 and act as fuses, just put probes on each sides and if there is no connection theres probably problem with your mobo, but from far it is hard to say what may cause the problem. If fuses are blown and you need just data and willing to take a risk you can solder wire instead of the fuse or replace the fuse to risk and check if you get the board working.

but this is just most common cause i have seen them, usually fixable but still hard to say whats the problem just by this information.

If its spins up and clicks, then its over.

Buy one that is similar to the one that you have and replace data containing part to the new one.

That's a SSD or HDD?
It's an internal or external drive?
It might also be a corrupted partition.
If it's external maybe something is wrong with the SATA to USB board, and the drive can still be working if taken out of the case and connected directly to a SATA port.

If the drive powers up and it can be seen in the BIOS, try running a partition manager software and see if the drive shows there.
If the drive is there an space seems unpartitioned or having blank partitions, then you could run a recovery software like GetDataBack.
If the old partitions are there, try to assign a drive letter to them to show up.
