What's the fuss with Chat GPT?

I was on TikTok and it was pumping out endless content about Chat GBT. Listening to these people I thought it must be the most incredible thing ever! Signed up for the tool and used it. Yes it's good but no way does it beat a top class human writer.

The question is what is the infatuation with it? Any why are so many people posting videos on it? You can read its content and easily tell it is some robot. Copywriters are not in trouble right now. In 3 years, things maybe different.

Well it does make pretty good content up to 2000 characters at a time in 5 seconds instead of a few days with a writer. I tried originality.ai on some of it and it is clearly identifiable as ai. And it does give different people in different accounts very similar output if they ask the same question.

If you are kinda lazy it does fact-check well and give first drafts pretty well.

Impressive and futuristic sure. But people's jobs are going to disappear. Anyway, adapt or die I guess.

I could not get it to produce more than 300 words per post. Creating a 2000 words is beyond it's capabilities at the moment it seems.

I said 2000 characters not words. And you have to prompt it to write longer. Like say "write a long paragraph on X" or follow up with can you write that in much more detail?

It's 100% better than a human writer. A human writer can't write an article instantly about any topic you can think of.

Ask it to write dialogue for an episode of Breaking Bad that doesn't exist where Walter flies a space ship to Mars or whatever you want and you will see how amazing it is.

You can get it to write longer contents. You have to tell it in your prompt to explain subtopics, includes whatever details you need.
And when it stops wiritng in the middle, you just write continue. It will continue writing.

Definitely doesn’t beat a top human writer maybe just *yet* but it’s a good resource and tool anyways for most. Don’t forget it’s free, a top human writer isn’t

Absolutely, things have changed dramatically! But there is always adaptation, and I see the vast majority of people adapting many years after their initial launch.

You can try to have him do some things that improve your work efficiency but are not very professional, such as organizing materials. In other words, you can use him as your assistant, but he cannot completely replace you. You have to understand that if he can completely replace you, then you will be unemployed.
