Can I accept Stripe payments using a Payoneer Bank Account?

I am asking this question because the representatives of Stripe and Payoneer are making a confusing conclusion.

I searched this question on Google (yes, I also use it ).

I got a Quora answer where Whitney Russell-Holcomb - User Operations at Stripe (company) https://qr.ae/prpj1l this: "While I would love to have better news for you, Stripe currently does not support payouts to Payoneer bank accounts. One of our requirements from our financial partners is that each user has a bank account located in the same country as their Stripe account. As Payoneer exists online only, they would not meet our terms." But it was answered 3 years ago.

But the Payoneer Team https://qr.ae/prpj18 this: "You should be able to receive payments from Stripe into your Payoneer Account by linking your Global Payment Service details to your Stripe Account. The Global Payment Service details can be found under the “Receive” tab on the main menu of your Payoneer Account."

I also looked up on Youtube as far as I can understand people are actually using the Payoneer Global Payments service to receive payments from Stripe.

So, a better question would be: Have you ever received Stripe payments using a Payoneer Bank Account?

you can linked your payonner to Stripe i am using it for 1 year but sometimes payonner have hold your payment so i will suggest you use wise account on wise they dont hold your payment

Yes I did but for small amounts, I used multi Payoneer Accounts to receive Spotify payment, but at 2021 July Payoneer started refund the received Global Payment for no raison, and I guess this reason its stripe, After that and until now I'm using WISE to receive payment from Strip without problems.

Why not make a small transfer and enlighten everyone of us here?

I use the Payoneer to receive payments directly from the affiliate networks only.

I thought it's because of my Blackhat way, but it's seems like its a global problem, So since they started refuse payment I moved to wise and I attached a screen, before after. check the date its was in 21 Jun 2021 and there was no problem.

All work flawlessly, based on my experience.

But Payoneer is becoming an ass these days. So I just do Stripe + Wise to save myself of stories that touches the heart.

Why payoneer is bad ? is because they hold the funds or dont accept the payments?
