I use it for other niche, it brings me 2-3% conversion rate ( new Twitter followers). Depends on target. Depends if your supplier filter the list or not.

Accounts quickly go to the shadowban and after that your messages do not reach the recipient. In addition, there is so much spam now that many have simply removed the ability to write to them, and some simply do not even read your messages. I think this method is no longer effective.
