If you are a product creator and selling your own courses, ebooks, training etc. have you experimented with selling them with only a credit card option and without PayPal?

How does that affect your sales? Appreciate some feedback from anyone who has used or is currently using this approach. Thank you.

Offering only a credit card option for purchasing your courses, ebooks, or training materials may potentially limit your customer base and reduce sales. Many consumers prefer to use alternative payment methods, such as PayPal, for online transactions for various reasons, including security, convenience, and flexibility.

It may be beneficial to offer multiple payment options, including credit cards and PayPal, to give your customers more choices and potentially increase sales. It is also essential to consider factors such as fees, security, and ease of use when selecting payment options for your products.

A lot of people use PayPal because it is more customer-friendly. I suspect you will lose 20-30% of your customers, depending on what industry it is.

I can confirm you will miss quite a large chunk of orders. Maybe more than 50% percent. Of course it also depends on niche, tech/digital niches tend to have geeks that also may use crypto, but even so, the missed opportunities will be non-negligible.

Hopefully crypto will steadily become more globalized, so we pay smaller fees, and avoid having accounts closed when we try to do legit business.
