If there is still a problem, then you need to install the Visual Studio C++ libraries. They are located in the distr folder where the software is located, the installer is located there.

Hey again
I just downloaded the free option for Windows and checking out the interface and I have a few questions.
Both Android/iOS have only 2 configurations/user agents available as I can see:
Android 12 - Chrome 108.0.0.0
iPhone OS 15.7 - Safari 15.6.3
Is this is how it supposed to be? While I see there are options for Firefox, Opera, etc then all those sections are empty.
Do you even have extra configurations or can these be bought? If yes then for how much per configuration?

These configs are included in the list of free configurations and are also updated periodically. There are only 10 of them on the free plan.

So I tried free version of this browser.
I used USA proxy and also used random webrtc and location and also tried to set custom. But each time google analytics 4 on my website detects my home IP. Somehow google is more advanced at this. Don't know the reason why my real location is still detected in google analytics 4 on of my website. I was planning to buy paid version for website traffic.

I've wasted 2 weeks dealing with this software, today they promised me a refund.
The tool is way too broken to be used. I got caught and lost +10 profiles in a single day within a single hour.
New configs are full of errors, pixelscan detects automation framework immediately, the browsers are not up to date, scroll functions missing + many other errors.
