[METHOD] Little Passive Income

Very low for one year... It's like 20$ for each month? :(

Yeah, I know, thankfully I don't depend on this for my full time income.

My only reason to invest time in this is that I hope at some point of time it can turn into a decent amount of recurring passive income.

How many designs are you planning to upload?

How many designs are you planning to upload?

I don't have a fixed number in mind.

I treat this as a long term project so I will keep adding stuff as long as I don't run out of ideas and as per the time I am able to devote.

The main problem with Etsy/Redbubble and other Print-on-Demand Done For You platforms is everyone gets lured by the promise of the platform "promoting their work", only to find out that the pie is split millions of ways between millions of competing designs and yours is just another one floating in the ocean, because the barrier to entry is so low quite literally everybody is doing it, and unless you are graced by their algorithm and rank on said platforms, your designs are seen by no one.

"Just upload more designs, play the numbers game" they say, but this is the wrong way to look at it. EVERYBODY's trying to play the numbers game. I've seen nobody talk about actually promoting their products outside of Etsy/Redbubble. Imagine opening a dropshipping store and doing nothing to spread awareness thinking you will make sales.

But no drop shipping store sends free traffic anyway. Redbubble is fiercely competitive, but no one is suggesting to make a full time income with that.

Yeah, but the value of meagre traffic they send you is not wise to rely on, you should be trying to generate your own traffic as well. I'm not saying you can't make some money doing it or it isn't a good method for beginners, the point is if you do what everyone else is doing you are going to get everyone else's results, which in this case is doing the bare minimum for pocket change. I don't know about anyone else, but I certainly can't afford to spend a year of work to make $20-$200, you must find ways to do it better if you want better results, and beginners need to hear this more than anyone else. You simply will not make money if you don't get enough targeted traffic.

Dude, this method isn't for the person who is thinking about "diversifying" his traffic sources. It's for absolute beginners so that they cand understand actual business.
