I know there are some comment bots but I haven't tried any of them so I csnt suggest them.

If you want to do it manually, you will need mobile proxies. Then go to a browser and download extensions such as a user agent switcher, etc and always clear the browsers cache/cookies when your done commenting on one account. Make sure to change your proxy ip for each account. You also need to make sure your pc/mobile time/date is the same with the location as your proxy. You should also find the video via notifications or search and not direct link. I have read that YouTube tracks other things as well although I'm not sure what they are.

The cheapest way is SMM panels. But if you need comments based on keywords of videos you can think of a custom bot. Get a developer or check the marketplace for bots.
