Instagram direct bug 13/12/2022

I work with 19 IG accounts sending mass DM daily (for 2.5 years), but yesterday when i woke up and chek my bot i saw that all my DM accounts were bugged as you can see:

My bot click to send new message but the chat dont appears, only this white box with no option... Tried to change IP, tried to use another hardware but all accounts are in the same way...
