2. Load the lower tier URLs into GSA and keep it running 24/7.

I use custom domain catchall, dedicated private proxies, premium link lists in my gsa set up.

Yes, tier 1 links from MRS directly points to my money site.
Now you might wonder that they might hurt my money sites. No, they don't as they aren't getting indexed faster.
GSA premium link list campaigns push them to pick up by the crawlers slowly.

EDIT: I thought it's worth to mention that I use quality content in MRS tier1 campaigns with 1/2 images and YouTube videos in the posts.

You must being doing something wrong with rankerx then. However, MR doesnt work very well for moneysite.

I'm not sure about your niche, if you have picked up the competitive niche. Then only this strategy isn't going to work.
You might need premium guest posts, PBNs and quality forum posts links too.

then for tier 2 - you can use rankerx.
To keep your site safe, dont take easy routes inorder to make money, that result changes in no time
