The print sreen in your ticket section is not working.
I have alot of cancelled orders($73.176) w/order i.d.with no refund(screen shot).
I know the internet is unstable now because of daily cyber attacks.
Should I wait in your website or discuss the matter here.

Hello, I just checked your request mam, you have 7 orders total canceled and for that orders your money automatically refunded to your account, I check your ticket and see you ask refund money about that canceled orders but they already refunded, or I don't understand your request correctly please contact on Telegram t.me/n1panel and send details what is your problem, regards

about screenshots mam you need upload them to https://prnt.sc/ or https://imgur.com/ and send screenshot link on tickets chat but I don't understand why you want to send screenshots for youtube video orders its not needed
