An inquiry from the e-marketing giants

Hey, I supervise a website specialized in import and export, and we have social media accounts on all platforms. The problem I face is how can I reach potential customers. Of course, I am looking for wholesalers in a field such as detergents or air fresheners. The problem I face is that I do not have any ideas to reach those persons

I dont know to much in this field but you try to build an email list by ofering them bonuses ,discounts ,new products etc ?

I think that such customers do not use e-mails when purchasing goods, so I will avoid using e-mails
What do you think about studying the market and making a funded advertisement for them, and I am sure that the prices that I will give them will be wonderful
