Dropped views by 95% [Urgent Help]

So I have a 2 week old channel with a 6 videos on it. In 2 weeks I was able to hit 150,000 views with almost all videos being suggested bringing in over 1.5k views per hour. Then last night I posted a new video and all of the sudden everything was abruptly cut off. Meaning all of my videos just stopped getting views at the same time, like I've been kicked out of the algo. I am still getting some views from browser feeds but it's very minimal. The metrics on all of my videos have over 10% click through rate and watch time is over 50%. The new video was doing well with over 25% CTR and 300 views really long watch time but it was cut off as well within an hour.

Now my channel is getting about 15 views per hour. I've contacted youtube over on Twitter and they messaged me that sometimes they freeze channels and reduce views to do a channel check for invalid clicks/subs. However, I've seen this reply on some other comments and I feel like they copy + paste the message and they most likely didn't even check my channel.

What do you guys think happened? Is it true what they say? The niche is very hot, the trend definitely didn't wear off as many of my competitors are killing it right now, the video production is good. I've already built a good following with lots of people commenting, rewatching, coming back but now I've hit a wall.

Your channel is most probably shadow-banned. If it's not your channel, then it maybe your IP or your device. You can troubleshoot this by changing to a brand-new device and using a 4G/5G Mobile Proxy. Doing this will probably fix this issue if it's with your device or IP.

Well they just got back to me that my channel is being checked for invalid traffic/subs so my views will be reduced while this is happening.

And what do you mean switch to a new device? Like make a new account and start over? This channel already took a couple days of my life to produce this content. If this is the way it's going to be, then f youtube and I'll go do something else lol

Well if you ip its banned then you need to get a new device like another laptop phone etc
Also dont quit so fast and try another account etc

There isn't a reason why I should be banned because of my IP as I've never done anything wrong on the platform especially from this PC/IP.

Yeah, that's true, but I don't see it being worth the time investment if this is the way it's going to be. A lot of making online methods can be set back up quickly if something goes wrong but a channel is a lot harder to do unless it's spam videos.

They've just messaged me back on Twitter saying my channel is having a check ran for invalid views / subscribers so I'll just take their word for it and give it a few days. Otherwise I'll try to outsource the work for the new channel in the future.

Views are picking up back to 20 per hour right now. Hoping for the best.

If for some reason they don't like you or your channel, they can easily limit you.
Since this is a new channel, and you haven't previously done anything that could negate a "shadow-ban",
Just keep uploading. You've already proved what you're doing works, and your audience is reacting well to it.

I feel like that's true. The channel is 2 years old, but it's newish in the sense that I've started uploading to it 2 weeks ago.

Also the channel did have 2 age restrictions on 2 videos 2 weeks ago, but I'm not sure if that would affect the entire channel as a whole, as my other videos were still getting suggested.

I give it a few days before I upload any more videos to this channel.

That's my plan. I see some views returning but very little... like 20 views per hour.

Ugh. How terrifying. I had AdSense drop my site because they said I had used other people's content on it (which I did). I removed it but they said I'm banned for 3 months. Now I'm looking into using multiple ad platforms on my site. Luckily, I haven't quit my day job yet. Hope it comes back for you Desden.

Hoping the same for you. That's the thing with adsense, they can cut you off whenever, even by a false flag.

There was nothing black hat just posting content and getting views.

Don't worry I had it 4 days ago. After 48h views cameback from 20 per hour to my normal rate.
I was not doing blackhat stuff too.
