I made some shares already on some good backlinks you can do yourself, but for a brand new site its not advisable.

Also, you are posting this in "white hat seo" which isn't really the thing regarding backlinks you create for a new site.

Also, for new sites don't over do with the links, drip feed them to look natural. Focus on publishing relevant high quality articles and promote them on social medias.

as ive mentioned before getting natural links on a new site is pretty much impossible so the only free links you can get are a forum, social links and from blog comments but its important not to spam these. Once you get out of the sandbox period you can start targeting quality links but this isn't free. So if you're dead set on not spending anything to start i'd try and just push as much content as possible for now. If people can find your page on google there's a chance you can get a natural link if your article is written correctly.
