Ever employed someone

Hi all,

Have you ever employed someone you’ve thought “this person is switched on” and then think, this person could run the company? Someone who really shines after just a few months etc.

I was talking to a friend from up north who has just experienced this so I wondered how common it is.

Expected results may differ based on how the person is remunerated and how the person is treated. Especially upon considering the fact that a person who ran his or her own business will have a different mindset that the rest of the crowd.

I fucked up a lot of times by considering this person can handle things after me or can handle things like i do. But it was never the case. People sometimes got greedy, sometimes ego problem sometimes out of the world problems.
