Hi, we would like to improve our domain rating to be able to rank for more competitive keywords. What actions would you recommend and in which order?
Almost all of our backlinks are from websites that we have created, around 100 websites. And around 50 of those are hosted on our server having the same ip adress as us, and not related to our niche, so our DA isnt that strong.

Is it recommended to buy pbn links, crowdo links, anything else? Can we do anything with the existing backlinks from our clients to get more juice from those backlinks (all the backlinks are placed in the footer with our business name as the anchor text)?

No, you won't buy links to your customer domains, will you? It is very expensive and customers may not want to be placed on them with purchased links that are of different quality
