My take!

Francis is a very friendly business guy (i love his long emails), and a nice person to work with. My first adventure with Francis turned into an investment as well after a year. It normally doesn't go like this with development services, but he got it right the first time with the keywords. I ended up building some good links as the content was good I knew links were important, so I ended up doing my part and ended up buying some of his linking source recommendations, which were good.

Fast forward 2021 my site had months of earning over $100 and $200 per month, which could've likely become more. I had other promising sites on the way as well.

If I wasn't as distracted (covid-19) as I was in 2021 with other life priorities, I probably could've also sold and received a 5-figure return. I am planning to keep the site and add 200k words more this year with help of Francis, building more links as it's a winning niche, and let's see where the future leads us.

My take, like other customers, has already been confirmed quite nicely for years, if you are dedicated and follow up without temporarily quitting, you should also win with Google and have a site you can eventually profit from or flip for a nice ROI.

After a lengthy experience with Francis and his services, I have come to the following conclusion:

~ Just to note, I was trying to delay this review as far as possible, but after my website got hit by Google, it felt not fair to leave it hanging like this and the concerns I had just intensified. This project felt like a baby I was taking care of, so here is even more to it. That's why it feels like it hurts writing this review lol

Positive:
Francis is legit, knows what he does and seem to be a knowledgeable of his job. He's fun as well to discuss outside of business things and I indeed initially loved (as mentioned here before) his long informative emails. It makes you feel that he truly cares about the things he does and about your business.

Price is indeed good. Content quality is good. The structure, keyword analysis, writing styles, posting, etc. is good. The website performed well with uprising trend, before the google update hit it... before that generated few hundred bucks.

Regarding what I ordered:

• I've ordered one website with initial 100k words. (Delivered)
• Then paid for another 100k in installments - which I am grateful that Francis allowed! (Delivered)
• Then paid for another 100k in one go (Partially Delivered?)
• ~100k was promised as a compensation to delays through multiply times (Not delivered)

So in total, I had to get 300k words in agreed timelines (for what I paid) and 70-100k promised additional content.


Concerns:
Now the main and biggest issue was - the delays and overpromising. Agreed timelines never hit the right spot.
Regardless of the countless communications and few tries, I never got the promised content delivered on promised deadlines and neither the amount of it.

What intensified this was the further promises that he would add another ~100k content for free due to delays, etc, etc. which eventually was his 'hook' for me to order the 3rd batch of 100k of content I mentioned above.

If not that above offer, I was politely asking for a refund for the 2nd 100k one, which was delayed for months. Another refund request I also had after paying the whole sum for 3rd 100k one as the content was nowhere to be seem and part of it actually - still is.

I am not mentioning here the other 'additional juices' he says to provide with content and about the promise of the optimizing the ranked URLs or other things that we were discussing to be done, but was never done.

Countless of tries and 'back-off's from my side to re-adjust the timelines of what, how many words and when the content will be posted. but 99% of them was never met.

Conclusion:
All in all, I am 100% sure Francis is a guy you can go and drink a wine with, dive, have fun as he seems genuinely good guy (at least, what I saw from email communications).

However, I believe, he tends to (because of wanting to do good? not sure) overpromise a lot when it comes to a business which in the end ends up in delayed timelines or even missed jobs.

I understand that for some people ~4k$ is peanuts (and maybe it was for Francis as well considering his other orders, idk), but for me it's quite a sum of money which - if I pay, I expect the promised service to be delivered in an agreed way.

It's been almost 5 months and I never heard anything from Francis on leftover content, promised timelines, etc. as I gave up trying and pushing on and left it in there hanging because it took me more effort to get him and all this project working than it actually is worth of.

Therefore, just to sum up, if you have money, nerves and the time to wait years as well as communicate endlessly on simple things to be delivered - then this service is for you.

Frankly, based on your guilt attribution (what Google did to you), I am quite surprised that SeoPublicist has not gotten this post deleted as this should be a violation of the terms given by Francis's initial post. I had to dig a little and saw the 3 months' time off you took as seen here, and respectfully to you and others, this is not conducive to someone treating their site correctly if you ask me.

- Just as @Jessica, I am part of the good tribe here so I had to jump in. SeoPublicist has treated me well too and I am part of the percentage that continually succeeds. ( this is hard work guys and takes dedication )

I’ve got to admit. The review was written emotionally after my website got hit by Google. Thus, some part of the reviews seemed unfair. So I wanted to correct some part of the reviews and be fair to Francis as he doesn’t deserve to get the negative review because of the Google penalizing my website (which no one is in control of.)

Possible cons:
- His emails are still lengthy yet within merit after years of a business relationship, it seems to be his way of making sure you understand SEO aspects and other details.
- He probably took a lot more business in 2022 than he thought he can chew and pays the price, my wager and mental bet, SeoPublicist will continue to succeed here as this is a quality service compared to others I have used from BHW
