Need PayPal Docs

Not sure if there's still people that do these services, I'm needing a Photo ID, Bank statement and utility bill to try to unban my account, I had it linked to a shoppy.gg site and they've banned me this morning. Do people still do these photo shop docs?

Once I also had my Paypal account banned, I managed to get ACTUAL docs (not photoshop) but they just left my appeal unreviewed, and never got an answer. I had to make a new acc

I personally would not bother getting those documents in my case but maybe you can get it through with photoshopped docs. I'm sure anybody who does graphic design will be able to edit the documents but you would need to find somebody willing to do such a thing

Unfortunately I dont know anyone that does them, I had one guy years back but he doesn't do it anymore....
