Mobile 4G Proxy Renting SAFETY

Hey guys, thinking on setting up a 4G farm, Italy and Brazil. I´m just a little bit worried about the actions of the users and possible crimes they comit using sim cards registered in my name. How can I handle that? I talked to a guy and he said he just doesn´t care and dont check the logs to see what his clients are doing.

What are your opinions on that?

You know, I never thought of that...
1. You could monitor logs; You should of course state this where ever you are selling it.
2. I don't think you could legally get in trouble since you're not the one actually doing the crimes as you have proof but I am not a lawyer so I have no idea.

Yes, I would like to know how the Pros do it, i´ve seen some terms of service and they state a lot of stuff you can`t do. But how that aplies to real life. Thats my doubt.

Yeah, I think monitoring it would be your best bet and exclude somethings in the logs (or have 2 different logs) and exclude things like social media sites as the chances of someone doing something illegal on them is unlikely and it would be easier to monitor websites that they could be doing illegal stuff on.

Logs monitoring will not help , what you will see is CONNECT to facebook.com:443, how can you check what exactly your user chatted about with a victim of a crime?
Logs are worth saving, when "they" come for you, the logs will cover you.

Obviously log monitoring can't help with every situation but it could with some

You need to find a way to get SIM cards not under your name

You could blacklist the websites you don't want your clients to visit or only white list certain major sites. Additionally, you could check the logs for any illegal website usage but that won't help much since you wouldn't know what exactly is happening in that case you should just save them.

Thanks for the answer man, but how the big players deal with that? Because there are thousands of 4g proxys for rent, what do you guys do to make it work. Could you get a little deeper on the subject please?

I was renting couple mobile proxies for russian guys, they had an app for making proxies called mobinet.io ant it was going pretty well. Sims in serbia do not need to be registered on someone's name and internet speed is pretty good.

You could consider some level of KYC. There are services such as iDenfy, Trulioo, which offer various levels ID verification service(s). There are others as well. You may Google "id verification services".

Quick question. How many Mb/Gb are the mobile proxies and if multiple people are using them and they run out of data, what happens then? Do I just rotate onto another mobile proxy or do they top up the data to keep the current mobile proxy I am using in action?
