Don't do it, buy a domain and do it on that.

These are spammed to death nowadays, with buffer sites, and at the same time they carry lower value to google as a tier1 tld domain.

Buy a custom domain. Or you will rank very difficult. Blogspot and web2.0 and okay only for backlinks

No I have not. But maybe I was thinking people stopped using blogpost to provide quality content and only use it for spam. The advantage of blogspot is it's free, once you got one site going, it's there for life without having to worry about renewing domains, paying for hosting etc say 5 years down the line.

You're right, it's probably going to be there for life, and it's free, but what's the point if no one is reading your content.

Domains are super cheap nowadays and you'll definitely make that money back in no time.

Put your effort into doing the right things, don't spend the time on Blogspot, it's nonsense to create a blog on it.

Well i dont remember to see a ranked blogspot blog on the first page of google i dont know why
Also when people see blogspot blogs it doesnt inspire too much trust and people dont buy from this blogs as they look unprofesional
Also its not your propriety and you may be working hard and you can achieve 30$ or 50$ daily on autopilot with your blog just to wake up in 1 morning and to see its deleted and trust me its not a nice feeling
It hapens to me in the past where i was writing amazon review products and i wake up with the blog being deleted
