If you are considering starting right after learning HTML, etc, then you may consider to first look out for a job, and work there for atleast a few months. If it is a job, then you will have to do the job hunting, job applications, interviews, salary negotiations, etc.

Well its not a good idea to start with a blogspot as its not your propriety and it can close your blog at any time .So you dont want to work hard making 30$ daily and then to wake up that your blog its deleted .Also for an income ,go to making money section ,read amd learn and choose a method and find a way .Dont expect for an easy method and be able to pay the price
