Yes. it could happen dear. Unfortunately people still believe crypto bull run will happen. BUT it never comes again. My suggestion is don't relay on never coming bull run and start to do futures trading. In PUMP and DUMP/ BULL and BEAR both you can make profit if you learn well, and there're good and very accurate signal groups in telegram. Not free ones. But pretty sure you can make good money without holding money for never coming bull run.

I am a trader though, i dont hold crypto. So what do you do to trade when ETH fees are $200 in a bull run. Afaik dydx is the best option still
