Nobody helps even the support of IAM does not so you are on your own against everyone who wants to sell you a bundle for 250$.

Support works great, also help in the TG chat software itself, but you have to use a translator. I have been using this software since it appeared!

It varies from the problem you have. For example for accounts, proxys and so on the support can't help you with that, you have to find someone or dig in a research mode to find the best stores that do help with that.

BTW how many dms per day are you sending?

I wrote about proxies and so, it's all a test and picked up, as well as accounts. At the moment I am not engaged in DMs, I use this software for other things.

I'm registering accounts just for the format of IAM and rarely have problems with DMs.

I ditched this software for another private software with web version emulator that is not running on the API of INstagram and it's better than it

Many Mass DM services are not good at the moment.

From what I'm aware of, the services still exist but for a real functioning service with confirmation that the messages are actually sent the prices went up.

Instagram is also banning your website if you over do it. so you need to change up with domains and set up a redirect of the old domain

Im not sure IG will ban you as you could use this method to get your competitor banned, I am doing mass DM and mass comments and Idk but it works as a charm for me ‍
