Did you use some better tools to find european influencers? I'm looking for european influencers via Instagram, but it takes more time for me to do that. Plus, I have more things to do everyday, I don't want to put all of my efforts into it.
Do you have better advice for me or suggestions?

You can use a data scraper service for instagram, pull the followers of a big influencer from a certain country.
Then filter them by your needs.
