Facebook is crazy: "Restricted Ad Account"

I have an account that's currently not running ads and hasn't run ads for about a year, but I got a message saying my account was restricted and the appeal wasn't approved.
I don't know what could be causing this problem as there are no ads running.
Can someone shed some light on this?

Does your profile name and date of birth match your identity proof? How many times have you been restricted on this specified account?

maybe your account is logged in on an IP that has been blacklisted. Unfortunately, the account identity verification at the moment is not working well. FB is preparing for the update on January 3, 2023. so maybe wait until that day and try again

yes, i have a lot of accounts, but only when using is disabled, this account is not in use after a long time but is inexplicably disabled
