Views suddenly dropping to 0 on all channels

what's weird is that both channels are affected at the same time, and they don't correlate to each other at all, other than that they are under the same email

No. All organic and then suddenly all stopped.

That's why I'm so confused. Other than being under same email there is nothing else that connects the two channels.
Both channels are in different niches as well. The only thing I did, that is not uploading videos, is applying for monetization on my 1st channel 4 days ago and I don't think that is the reason why this happen.

You should contact YouTube fast. This is not normal , they might have issued a penalty without a mistake by error.

it happens before to my channel and it will back again but your channel affected by this and it will take weeks before it recovers

i really dont know i am 7 years doing youtube it happens multiple times just keep uploading like normal what are you doing i just wait and it will return but several days or weeks

Some of the threads here I have heard that it will recover to normal on its own.

This might happen some times, just continue uploading if you notice that after a couple of weeks still the same defentely something is happening but I do not believe is any type of punishments if you are doing all organic just a little bit of patience through this moment.

They have issued a penalty for you. You can contact them to ask for a reason.
That happened to me when I received a strike on my 1st channel. I had 2 channels then under the same email and adsense and both got affected even tho the one received strike was only the 1st channel. luckily the claimant retracted the strike after 2 weeks and both channels recovered a day after that.
My guess is yt issued a penalty to your channel, you have to contact them asap
