How anonymous is Kucoin?

If it would be decentralized, it would be anonymous.
But as a hybrid?

Is it better to use it to swap crypto to XMR and then withdraw it to one's wallet and send XMR to the provider to buy stuff?

Or send XMR as payment from Kucoin directly, to save the step?

If not that's a risk to send xmr there since they may ask for verification to withdraw

So, if they do ask for verification to withdraw, it's better just withdraw to the wallet and then send payments directly from the wallet?
