Also, many smm panels support custom comments. Just add your link in there.

Honestly, it isn't worth it unless you have Twitter Blue. Elon's already said that anyone that doesn't buy Blue will not get priority in the feeds and their tweets will be buried. If you had Blue then you would be seen first and possibly trend.

I am not a twitter user but a comment is not a tweet, right? It is a comment on another tweet? I was hoping that there would be services which would tweat a simple link.

Well my advice would be to wait and see how Elon's new policies will affect that. He's changing so much that really no one can keep up with it and he may do something to render SEO links invalid unless you pay for Twitter Blue. He definitely doesn't want people tweeting a lot (as he has posted and wants to limit how much you can tweet in a day) and he may very well disable the ability to share links. Time will tell.

FYI all my accounts got random SMS verified flagged just as soon as I logged in. Didn't tweet, didn't post, just logged in from 8 different computers, 8 different IPs. They running something again.

You share a tweet. You get 200 retweets for it. Done.
