I'm experiencing the same issue. Phone/Email verify => Video verify => Postcard verify => suspension. I have 20+ niches I'm trying to pivot into but can't generate leads without the GMB listing... thinking about taking the route of managing PPC for a potential client and having them create the GMB using their business address

Almost every highly profitable niche is marked as a spam category. I can't tell you how many people ask me for Google pins in these categories. Those days are gone. Especially in the US.

To clarify, utilizing Google pins in spam categories is also "gone"? Or is that the alternative you're leveraging due to the impossible nature of verifying new GMBs? I came across your post in marketplace and would be interested in your serivces

No, it does not circumvent.

I tried creating a new listing for another location. I am in duct cleaning so I think it is a spammy category.
I used my friend's address for the listing and verified via post card, then video, then the listing got suspended.
Via email they replied that I need to provide company registration documents in my state.
I tried buying a verified listing here and got scammed for $350 by dishonest member.
It feels that is impossible to create a listing for a spammy category.

So how are all these fake companies around me still exist?

I have an aged Google account from 2008, with hundreds of Google map reviews and edits.

Whenever I add new places on Google maps, it gets instantly verified and added to Google. But since I'm from India, my account only works with Indian listing. Should be same with other countries account too.
