How to target the correct facebook audience?

I always use interests, behaviors, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, etc.

However, the cost per result is still high and not as expected.

Please provide correct instructions on how to target the correct audience on Facebook ads.

I don't expect you to answer as has been taught in various Facebook ad communities. I want to know the point of view of someone who is on facebook itself.

I have a question about Facebook Ads. If someone openly https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/answers-to-questions-about-cryptocurrency-advertising.1456461/, which clearly shows the Facebook Ad ID Number(s) AND that person is running blackhat campaign(s), then a badass competitor can easily report that particular Facebook Ads account to Facebook Ads & shoot it down, [because the badass competitor knows the Facebook Ad ID Number(s)]. Am I correct ?
NOTE : I am NOT talking about the million or billion or trillion other Facebook Ads accounts that you, Tom, Dick or Harry has, I am talking about that particular Facebook Ads account only, for which a badass competitor knows the Facebook Ad ID Number(s).

My account was restricted 7 days ago, I have toned down my latest advert, in the hope not to get another violation.

BUT, i have the following restrictions (see attachments)


Should i run lots of clean 1 usd adverts for the next 30 days? will that keep my account safe from another warning

My adverts arent even that bad, but they are close to breaking the rules, so i get too many problems.

I cant afford to lose another ads account, i really did try to tone down my adverts

advice appreciated on how to get my account through the next few months, do the violations disappear after a while?
